Antropología física forense: cultura, biología y leyes

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la categoría tradicional de la antropología física forense asociada al concepto de muerte, con el propósito de plantear la reconfiguración de un concepto incluyente, retomando los principios teórico-metodológicos originales, en los que la cultura y la biología se insertan en el marco legal. Ésta es la línea que sigue el Laboratorio de Antropología Forense del Instituto de Investigaciones Antropológicas de la UNAM

This paper has been written with an approaching to the traditional category of forensic physical anthropology associated with the concept of death, in order to raise the reconfiguration of an inclusive concept, returning to the original theoretical and methodological principles, in which the culture and biology are inserted into the legal framework. This is the working line that the Laboratory of Forensic Anthropology follows in the Institute of Anthropological Research at UNAM
