Cómo afrontar la pérdida de un ser querido

Abstract

La muerte siempre acontece. Hemos aprendido a lo largo de la vida, que este suceso inevitablemente ocurre. Pero, también, podemos llegar a aprender que es posible llenar de sentido una pérdida, y dar significado a una muerte y no solo ser sus espectadores mudos o sufrientes. Que la muerte de alguien amado no necesariamente es una experiencia para ser cargada en la columna de las pérdidas sino, tal vez, la oportunidad de un nuevo comienzo. The death always happens. We have learned along the life, that this event inevitably happens. But, also, we can manage to learn that it is possible to fill with sense a loss, and to give meaning to a death and not only to be their mute spectators or sufrientes. That the death of someone loved not necessarily is an experience to be loaded in the column of the losses but, maybe, the opportunity of a new beginning.
