La moral en el Discurso y Las Pasiones

Abstract

En esta investigación pretendo mostrar que la llamada “moral provisional”, que Descartes presenta en el Discurso del método, no es provisional, y que lo substancial de esta moral se conserva hasta su última obra: Las pasiones del alma. El trabajo consta de dos partes, en la primera pretendo mostrar por qué la moral que Descartes describe en la tercera parte del Discurso no debe entenderse como “moral provisional”; en la segunda parte paso al análisis de Las pasiones del alma, para poner de manifiesto de qué manera en esta obra prevalecen las máximas del Discurso

In this investigation I try to show that the “provisional moral” as named, that Descartes presents in the Speech of the method, is not provisional, and that the substantial thing of this moral is conserved until his last work: The passions of the soul. The work consists of two parts, first I try to show why the moral that Descartes describes in the third part of the Speech should not be understood as “provisional moral”; in the second part. I analyses the passions of the soul, to show how in this work the principles of the Speech prevail
