Creative Commons: una herramienta para la edición digital

Abstract

Creative Commons nace como una respuesta civil, que tiene su base en la legislación legal actualmente vigente, para facilitar ese flujo de contenidos en el mundo digital. Esto se logra ofreciendo una gama de licencias que permiten, a quienes crean que les puede beneficiar, facilitar el otorgamiento de las autorizaciones requeridas para el uso de los contenidos artísticos. En todas las licencias se requiere que el usuario final de la obra reconozca la autoría de la obra, las variantes radican en las autorizaciones para uso comercial o no comercial; la autorización de crear obras derivadas o el respeto a la integridad de la obra; en caso de autorizar la obra derivada la necesidad de que se licencie bajo la misma licencia por la cual se autorizó la obra

Creative Commons is born like a civil answer, that has its base in at the moment effective the legal legislation, to facilitate that flow of contents in the digital world. This is obtained offering a range of licenses that allow, to those who create that it can benefit to them, to facilitate the granting of the authorizations required for the use of the artistic contents. In all the licenses it is required that the end user of the work recognizes the responsibility of the work, the variants are in the authorizations for commercial or noncommercial use; the authorization to create works derived or the respect to integrity from the work; in case of authorizing the work derived the necessity that it receives the master's degree under the same license by which authorized the work
